blueberry galette.

a few weeks ago, i made this blueberry galette for the fourth of july. it was so simple and turned out delicious. instead of making the lemon ice cream, i picked up a pint of lemon frozen yogurt from whole foods. a very nice way to end a dinner party, i must say. here is the recipe from gourmet.
