My friends. It's that time of the year where it becomes increasingly impossible to find time to slow down. We've got end of the semester hassles (that's the teacher in me speaking), changing weather, family visits and travel, deadlines to meet, and the general whirl of the holidays.

So, to honor this time of the year that's supposed to be about love, peace, taking deep breaths, and enjoying important company, I've decided to ask a handful of genius bloggers and friends to share thoughts on "one simple joy" in their every day lives.
